Day 1 : Arrival in Guwahati - Shillong (100 km/3 hours) -  Start your Guwahati Shillong Cherrapunji tour when you arrive at the station/airport. Our executive will welcome you and take you straight to Shillong. On the way, drop by Barapani Lake, the biggest artificial lake in Meghalaya. Also known as Umiam Lake, it is beautifully surrounded by Sylvan hills. On reaching Shillong, check-in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day leisurely. Later, have your dinner and retire for the night.

Day 2 : Shillong - Cherrapunji - Shillong (54 km/2 hours) -  On the 2nd day of your Guwahati Shillong tour, you will visit Cherrapunji. So in the morning, after breakfast, begin the excursion towards Cherrapunji. You will be able to explore various waterfalls, limestone caves, striking root bridges, and other natural sites to enjoy several fun-filled activities. Visit the Spectacular Seven Sisters Falls, the Mawsmai Cave, and the Thangkharang Park. In the evening, return to Shillong. Your Shillong tour package for the family includes a stopover en route at Elephanta Falls and the famous Shillong Peak, which allows a great view. Day 3 : Shillong – Mawlynnong - Shillong (78 km/3 hours) -  Start the day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Later, proceed for a day excursion to Mawlynnong. This village is named the cleanest village in Asia. Here, pay a visit to Jingmaham Living Root Bridge. Then, walk around the charming Mawlynnong Village and stop at the beautiful waterfalls. Next, proceed for a visit to Dawki, 34 km from Mawlynnong Village. The small border town in the Jaintia Hills is known for the picturesque Umngot River, a must-visit site in Meghalaya. Enjoy the scenic beauty and a boat ride in the crystal clear waters where you can feel like you are floating in the air as the water is so clear. Explore the nearby sights too. After sightseeing, return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 4 : Shillong - Guwahati (100 km/3 hours) - Post breakfast, head for the half-day excursion trip to Shillong. First, visit a Japanese-style Lady Hydari Park decorated with roses and flowers in an extensive stretch. Later, proceed towards Guwahati. On reaching, check-in at the hotel and later, go out for a visit to the Kalakshetra, where they exhibit a light and sound show displaying Assamese culture and history. You can even opt for an evening cruise on the Brahmaputra. Finally, return to the hotel and spend the night.

Day 5 : Guwahati Departure -  Your Guwahati Shillong Cherrapunji Tour Package ends as you drive back to Guwahati. In the morning, after breakfast, check-out from the hotel. Then, firstly, visit the famous Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati, and afterward, proceed to the given railway station/airport for your onward journey.
