Terms of Service – Travel Agents
Welcome to TravelinTrip – India’s travel marketplace where verified travel agents can list their tour packages and receive genuine, OTP-verified customer inquiries.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TravelinTrip’s platform as a travel agency or agent ("you", "your", or "agent"). By using TravelinTrip, whether under a free or paid plan, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. About TravelinTrip
TravelinTrip is a platform for listing tour packages and travel agency profiles.
Verified travelers submit their trip requirements via an OTP-verified enquiry form, and leads are not shared—they go directly to the listed vendor.
TravelinTrip does not function as a travel agent and is not involved in the final booking, pricing, or fulfillment of packages.
2. Listing Plans
Free Listing Plan
Travel agents may list their agency and basic information for free.
Free listings have limited visibility and restricted access to premium features (e.g., detailed analytics, priority listing, WhatsApp lead alerts, etc.).
You will still receive leads if a customer enquires through your listed package, but platform visibility is limited.
Paid Subscription Plans
Agents can subscribe to premium plans to:
Get priority placement on search and destination pages.
Unlock features like real-time lead notifications, premium profile, featured packages, and advanced insights.
Receive more inquiries due to enhanced exposure.
Plans are time-bound (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and non-refundable once activated.
3. Enquiries & Leads
Traveler leads are generated via OTP-verified enquiry forms submitted against a specific agent or package.
Each lead is exclusive—only the agent linked to the listing receives the inquiry.
TravelinTrip does not share or resell these leads to multiple vendors.
4. Agent Responsibilities
Provide accurate, up-to-date package information and pricing.
Ensure prompt responses to traveler enquiries.
Uphold ethical conduct—no fake leads, over-promising, or misleading offers.
Do not solicit customers from other agents on the platform.
Keep your profile and listing compliant with Indian travel and consumer laws.
5. Content & Rights
You are responsible for all images, descriptions, and pricing shared in your listing.
TravelinTrip may edit, optimize, or remove content to maintain platform quality or accuracy.
By uploading content, you grant TravelinTrip a royalty-free license to use it for marketing and SEO.
6. Lead & Data Policy
Leads are OTP-verified and intended only for your business response.
You must not resell, reuse, or share traveler data outside of the purpose of responding to the enquiry.
Misuse of customer information will result in account suspension or permanent termination.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your listing without notice if you:
Violate these Terms or platform policies.
Mislead users or post false information.
Misuse traveler data or engage in unethical conduct.
8. Limitation of Liability
TravelinTrip is a lead generation and listing service only. We do not:
Guarantee traveler bookings or conversions.
Handle traveler payments, refunds, or disputes.
Take responsibility for miscommunications between travelers and agents.
9. Modifications & Platform Updates
TravelinTrip reserves the right to modify listings, features, or terms at any time.
Changes to listing plans, pricing, or policies will be notified via email or dashboard.
