Cancellation & Refund Policy:

At TravelinTrip, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience for both travelers and travel agents. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for both travelers and vendors (agents) using our platform.

For Travelers:

-TravelinTrip acts as a travel lead generation and connection platform, not a travel agency. We do not take bookings or payments for any tour packages.

Enquiry Submissions:

-All enquiries submitted on our platform are free of cost and OTP verified.

-Once your enquiry is submitted, it is directly forwarded to the respective travel agent you selected.

-All communication, booking, and payment thereafter happens directly between you and the agent.

-TravelinTrip is not responsible for cancellations, refunds, or service disputes. Kindly contact the travel agent you booked with.

For Travel Agents / Vendors:

Free Listing Plan:

-No refund applicable as there is no monetary transaction.

Paid Subscription Plans:

-Subscription charges are non-refundable once payment is made and the listing is activated.

-We encourage all vendors to review the features and plan details before subscribing.

-In rare cases of technical issues (e.g., duplicate payment, failed activation), you may write to us at support@travelintrip.com within 7 days of payment. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Listing Cancellation:

-You can request to deactivate or delete your listing anytime by emailing our support team.

-However, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.

Important Notes:

-TravelinTrip is not responsible for any monetary loss, dispute, or service cancellation between travelers and vendors.

-For refunds related to tour cancellations, please refer to the individual travel agent’s terms and conditions.

-We reserve the right to modify or cancel any listing or subscription plan in violation of our terms of service without refund.
