You'll enjoy a 1-hour boat ride (Shikara ride) on the renowned Dal Lake in Srinagar. This is a must-do experience, offering you the chance to soak in the beauty of the lake and its surroundings.

Return airport transfers and round trip transfers along with sightseeing tours by car as per the itinerary.

All-Inclusive Packages: If you book your complete tour package through Countryside Kashmir Tour & Travel, standard toll charges, town entry fees, and parking charges are included in your package fare

What's Excluded

Airfare & Taxes: Flights to and from Srinagar are not covered. A mandatory 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to the total package cost.

Excluded Sightseeing: Transport and entry fees for Local Union Cabs required to visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari in Pahalgam are not included.

Activities & Rides: Ticket costs for the Gulmarg Gondola (Phase 1 & 2) and pony rides across Gulmarg, Sonmarg, and Pahalgam must be purchased independently.

Meals & Drinks: Any meals, snacks, or beverages outside the specified daily meal plan (typically breakfast and dinner) are out-of-pocket.

Personal Expenses: Laundry, phone bills, tips, porter fees, shopping, and optional excursions not listed in the standard itinerary are your responsibility.Guide fee, Camera fee, and any Monument or Garden Entrances.

Package Itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival in Srinagar

Srinagar Arrival, Mughal Gardens & Sunset Shikara Ride
Morning: Airport Arrival & Check-in

Airport Transfer: Land at Sheikh ul-Alam International Airport (SXR). Drive ~35–45 minutes (15 km) to your hotel or houseboat near Boulevard Road / Dal Lake.

Check-in & Unwind: Check in, freshen up, and enjoy a warm welcome cup of Kahwa.

Afternoon: Historic Old City & Mughal Gardens

Chashme Shahi: Visit the smallest Mughal garden, famous for its natural freshwater spring.

Nishat Bagh & Shalimar Bagh: Explore the grand terraced gardens built on the eastern banks of Dal Lake with views of the Zabarwan range.

Jama Masjid & Old City: Take a drive through Old Srinagar to see the 14th-century wooden Indo-Saracenic architecture of Jamia Masjid and browse local spice bazaars.

Late Afternoon: Sunset Shikara Ride on Dal Lake

Shikara Ride: Board a decorated Shikara at sunset to float past floating market gardens, wooden houseboats, and Char Chinar island.

Evening: Local Shopping & Dinner

Lal Chowk / Polo View: Spend an hour shopping for authentic Pashmina shawls, walnut wood carvings, and dry fruits.

Dinner: Return to your hotel or houseboat for a traditional multi-course Kashmiri dinner (featuring Rogan Josh, Dum Aloo, or Yakhni) before resting for the night.

Day 3 — Srinagar to Pahalgam

Day Excursion / Transfer: Srinagar to Pahalgam & ABC Valleys

Morning: Enjoy breakfast and check out from your Srinagar hotel. Depart for the scenic ~90-kilometer drive (2.5 to 3 hours) to Pahalgam.

Check-In & Local Union Cab Transfer: Arrive in Pahalgam and check into your hotel. Per local Pahalgam Taxi Union rules, transfer to a local union taxi at the Pahalgam taxi stand (or via your arranged tour transfer) to visit the local valleys.

Afternoon (ABC Valleys Tour):

Betaab Valley: Walk through lush green meadows, pine forests, and stream beds famous for classic Bollywood backdrops.

Chandanwari: Visit the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra pilgrimage, known for snow bridges and mountain torrents.

Aru Valley: Explore the picturesque village, scenic meadows, and pony trails overlooking surrounding alpine peaks.

Evening: Return to your Pahalgam hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4 — Pahalgam Local Sightseeing

Morning: Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at your hotel. Start your morning with a visit to the Mamleshwar Temple, an ancient 12th-century stone temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, located just across the Lidder River.

Mid-Day: Head over to the historic Pahalgam Club & Golf Course to enjoy the manicured green lawns surrounded by towering pine trees and mountain backdrops.

Afternoon: Spend the afternoon along the banks of the Lidder River. You can take a peaceful walk along the waterfront, try white-water rafting (if seasonal and available), or hire a local pony for a scenic trek up to Baisaran Valley ("Mini Switzerland").

Evening: Return to Pahalgam town for some evening strolls through the main bazaar or relax at a local cafe. Head back to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 5 — Pahalgam to Srinagar Departure

Morning Check-out & Scenic Drive: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, complete check-out procedures, and depart Pahalgam for the ~90-kilometer drive (2.5 to 3 hours) back to Srinagar.

Mid-Day Sightseeing or Last-Minute Shopping: Depending on your flight schedule, stop in Srinagar for last-minute highlights:

Polo View Market & Lal Chowk: Browse local shops for authentic Pashmina shawls, saffron, Kashmiri walnuts, and handcrafted souvenirs.

Quick Photo Stop: Take a brief final walk along the banks of Dal Lake or Boulevard Road.

Airport Transfer & Departure: Proceed to Sheikh ul-Alam International Airport (Srinagar).
