Tour Overview

This eight-day journey takes you deep into the high ridges of Sikkim, balancing the lively hillside lanes of Gangtok with the raw alpine beauty of the north and the quiet views of Pelling. You'll start by winding up mountain roads to the high-altitude, glassy waters of Tsomgo Lake. From there, the route heads north into the rugged landscapes of Lachung and the colorful meadows of the Yumthang Valley, completely enclosed by snow-capped peaks. Finally, you’ll cross over to Pelling to slow the pace right down, spending your days exploring historic monasteries, finding hidden waterfalls, and soaking in open Himalayan views. It’s a beautifully managed loop that handles all the complex mountain permits and steep drives for you.

Package Itinerary

Day 1 — Bagdogra/NJP – Gangtok

Arrive at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP).
Meet your representative and transfer to Gangtok.
Check in to the hotel.
Spend the evening at leisure or explore the local markets.
Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 2 — Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir Excursion

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Visit the picturesque Tsomgo (Changu) Lake.
Explore the sacred Baba Mandir.
Admire the stunning Himalayan scenery.
Optional excursion to Nathula Pass (subject to permit and additional cost).
Return to Gangtok.
Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 3 — Gangtok – Lachung

njoy breakfast and check out from the hotel.
Drive to the picturesque village of Lachung in North Sikkim.
Travel through scenic mountain roads and charming valleys.
Check in to the hotel upon arrival.
Relax amidst the peaceful surroundings.
Overnight stay in Lachung.

Day 4 — Yumthang Valley Excursion

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Visit the beautiful Yumthang Valley, popularly known as the "Valley of Flowers."
Explore the Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary (seasonal).
Visit the natural Hot Springs.
Optional excursion to Zero Point (Yumesamdong) at an additional cost.
Return to Lachung.
Overnight stay in Lachung.

Day 5 — Lachung – Gangtok

Enjoy breakfast and drive back to Gangtok.
Visit the scenic Bhim Nala Waterfall.
Stop at the picturesque Twin Waterfalls.
Arrive in Gangtok and check in to the hotel.
Spend the evening at leisure or enjoy shopping.
Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 6 — Gangtok – Pelling

After breakfast proceed to Pelling. Evening free for relaxation / self-activity. Overnight stay at Pelling. Optional Visit - On the way to Pelling One can go for Namchi Excursion by paying supplement.
Check in to the hotel upon arrival.
Spend the evening at leisure.
Optional excursion to Namchi (at additional cost).
Overnight stay in Pelling.

Day 7 — Pelling Sightseeing

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Visit Darap Village and Rimbi Waterfalls.
Explore the sacred Khecheopalri Lake.
Visit the majestic Khangchendzonga Waterfalls.
Continue to Pemayangtse Monastery.
Explore the historic Rabdentse Ruins.
Visit the New Helipad Ground for panoramic Himalayan views.
Optional visit to the Sky Walk and Singshore Bridge (at additional cost).

Day 8 — Pelling – Bagdogra/NJP Departure
